Who We Are

Beehler Construction was established in 1993 by lifelong Hilton residents Jim and Sue Beehler.  Jim and his crew have over 50 years of combined experience and have built over 150 custom homes in Hilton, Parma, and Hamlin.  

Jim’s career grew out of his passion for wood work and his impeccable attention to detail.  A trim carpenter by trade, Jim’s reputation for quality wood work got the attention of local residents who began approaching him for remodeling jobs.  

Remodeling jobs evolved into new homes as he quickly mastered the home building process and built strong relationships with local contractors.  This skill set meshed perfectly with site prepartion experience he developed as a young man working for his family’s business, Beehler & Radford Excavating. 

Our Philosophy

It’s simple: when we build a home we pretend it’s our own.  No cutting corners, hidden costs, or shoddy craftsmanship.  Our reputation is our most valuable asset and we work hard to satisfy our customers.   We’ve embraced the green revolution and proudly build Energy Star homes and offer an array of options to  customers who choose to ‘go green’ .

Our Crew

Unlike many others builders who subcontract all or most everything, we have a dedicated crew of highly skilled employees working on each home.  We do it all: site preparation, basements, utility trenching, framing, roofing, siding, trim, final grading and landscaping.  Jim Beehler is part of the crew and takes great pride in his favorite tasks: trimming homes and installing custom stairways, railings, and fireplace mantels.
