Introducing our newest addition to Country Creek Estates.

Our brand new model is a 1766 Sq. Ft. ranch-style home located on an over-sized wooded lot.  In addition to the plentiful standard features included in every Country Creek Estates home, our model upgrades include: brick front, tile and hardwood floors, an extended garage, and many more.  

On November 6, 2009 a law was signed expanding the tax credits available for homebuyers and setting new deadlines.  There is now a $6,500 tax credit available for 'long time residents', and a deadline of April 30, 2010.
